Tarryn

Occupational Therapist

Tarryn joined the Will & Way team in 2022 and quickly became known for her gentle nature, generous spirit, and unwavering willingness to support others. Always ready to step in and contribute, she consistently goes above and beyond for both clients and colleagues.

Graduating from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2009, Tarryn brings over a decade of experience in the public sector across Geelong and Colac. She has worked with people across the lifespan, supporting individuals with a diverse range of medical conditions and disabilities. This breadth of experience has given her a strong foundation in assessment and a deep understanding of funding schemes and support services.

Since joining Will & Way, Tarryn has truly found her groove as a community OT. Tarryn has a particular interest in relationships, sexuality, and intimacy, and has completed further study to support her work in this space. She thrives in environments with complex social dynamics and has a natural ability to foster connection, build trust, and promote meaningful relationships. Her kind-hearted, non-judgmental approach ensures that everyone she works with feels heard, respected, and empowered.

Outside of work, Tarryn is a very active member of her community. She often organises fundraisers to support cancer research and other worthy causes, generously giving her time and resources to help others. She is passionate about fashion, sustainability, and helping women feel fabulous in the right frock. These passions are combined and expressed through her own boutique rental and pre-loved clothing business. Tarryn is also a proud mum of three, an active participant in her local football and netball club and loves spending time at the beach.
