Occupational Therapist
Stacey graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2016 and has also completed Post Graduate Qualifications in Occupational Therapy driving assessment and rehabilitation.

Before joining the Will & Way team, Stacey worked extensively in both private and public hospital and community sectors. These opportunities allowed her to gain a broad range of experience and sparked her interest in working with people with complex neurological and physical disabilities. Stacey has strong skills in home and vehicle modifications, supporting housing goals, assistive technology prescription, and capacity building.

Stacey enjoys working with people to develop individualised, creative strategies to maximise participation in environments that are meaningful to them. She is particularly passionate about supporting people to connect with their communities and engage in valued leisure pursuits. Stacey’s flexible, calm, and holistic approach, coupled with her astute clinical judgment, underpins her ability to develop positive therapeutic relationships and achieve excellent client outcomes.

Outside of work, Stacey spends her time participating in various sports such as martial arts, surfing, and long and short-course triathlons. She enjoys being in nature and exploring the national parks and beaches around Geelong and the Surf Coast with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
