Senior Occupational Therapist

Sarah joined the Will & Way team in 2021, bringing with her a calm, considered approach and a drive to deliver high-quality outcomes—for her clients, her team, and the broader service. With a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University (2015), Sarah blends clinical insight with strategic thinking, making her a key contributor across both service delivery and business development. She is deeply committed to clinical supervision and service innovation, always looking for ways to improve systems and support others to grow.

Sarah previously worked in the public sector across Geelong and Tasmania, gaining broad experience across multiple practice areas. At Will & Way, she has found her niche as the go-to for cognitive intervention, completing extensive additional training in this area and tailoring her approach to suit individual needs and learning styles. She is also a highly skilled assessor and report writer, known for producing concise, accurate, and robust documentation that supports great outcomes. Her strengths-based, collaborative style and level-headed presence in challenging situations are valued by both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Sarah loves hiking, exploring local beaches, and spending quality time with her husband and young daughter. She’s also an excellent cook and always attracts attention when she walks into the Will & Way office carrying a Tupperware container!
