Maddy
Occupational Therapist
Maddy joined the Will & Way team in 2025, bringing with her a warm, grounded energy and a passion for supporting people to live well in ways that truly matter to them. She’s known for her holistic approach, thoughtful communication, and ability to build meaningful, collaborative connections that empower individuals in their own lives.
Â
Graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Maddy also holds a diploma in yoga teacher training and is a certified breathwork instructor. Her diverse background spans paediatrics and early intervention, mental health, and adult disability, with experience across private practice, not-for-profit organisations, and most recently, telehealth services supporting clients in rural and remote communities across Australia.
Â
Maddy supports individuals across a variety of goals, with a strong focus on wellbeing and autonomy. She has a particular interest in areas like self-care, sleep, and emotional regulation, and enjoys working alongside people and their informal supports to build practical tools and strategies that foster confidence, independence, and sustainable growth. Advocacy and relationship-building are central to her practice, always guided by what is most meaningful to the person.
Â
Outside of work, Maddy is all about sunshine, movement, and creativity. You’ll find her surfing, hiking, travelling, reading a good book, sipping coffee, op shopping, or simply soaking up nature. Maddy also recently became an aunt and is loving every cuddle and moment spent with her beautiful nephew.
