Ella

Occupational Therapist

Ella joined the Will & Way team in 2024 and hit the ground running, bringing with her an infectious energy, a deep care for people, and a knack for helping others believe in themselves. She’s the kind of therapist who makes you feel seen, heard, and capable of trying new things—even when they feel hard.

With a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice (2018) and a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Rehabilitation Counselling (2016), both from La Trobe University, Ella blends clinical knowledge with a holistic, person-centred approach. Prior to joining the team, she worked across public healthcare settings in East Melbourne, supporting adults and older adults across the full continuum of care.

At Will & Way, Ella has embraced every opportunity to grow. Whether it’s clinical support or professional development, she jumps in wholeheartedly, always keen to learn, refine, and expand her practice. Her commitment to continual improvement in both knowledge and skills is reflected in the quality of her work and the trust she builds with those around her.

Ella has a strong interest in life skill development and is known for her thoughtful, strengths-based support. Her ability to connect with people and get them on board—whether it’s trying a new routine, exploring a goal, or stepping outside their comfort zone—is one of her superpowers.

Outside of work, Ella is all about adventure, creativity, and a bit of healthy competition. You’ll find her at the beach teaching her dog to stand-up paddleboard, chasing whale sightings, heading off on a camping trip, tackling her next physical challenge, or organising a family games night.
