Elise

Occupational Therapist

Elise joined the Will & Way team in 2023 and quickly discovered her passion for home modifications. With a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Deakin University (2015) and a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement from Victoria University (2011), she brings a powerhouse of knowledge and a unique perspective to her work.

Before stepping into the world of private practice, Elise honed her skills in the public healthcare sector across Colac and Timboon, supporting adults and older adults through every stage of care. At Will & Way, she embraced the opportunity to specialise in home modifications and has flourished—using her sharp eye for detail, exceptional spatial awareness, and knack for creative problem-solving to deliver tailored, effective solutions.

Elise is a natural when it comes to transforming spaces. Whether it’s reimagining a bathroom layout or designing a home that supports independence, she thrives on working collaboratively with clients to ensure their environments are not only functional but empowering and aligned with their unique needs and goals.

Beyond her technical skills, Elise is known for her warmth, efficiency, and dynamic approach. She’s passionate about uncovering what matters most to the people she works with and celebrates every success: big, small, and everything in between.

When she’s not redesigning homes, Elise is likely indulging in her love of coffee and chocolate, scrapbooking memories, or spending quality time with her daughter and husband. She’s also a self-proclaimed Christmas enthusiast who never misses a chance to add a new ornament to her growing collection—especially when travelling!
