Exciting OT Opportunity!

Neuro Occupational Therapist job in Geelong – Join a Supportive, Specialist Team
Full-time or part-time | Geelong & Surrounds

Start mid-July 2026

Looking for more than just a job?

At Will & Way, we believe experienced OTs deserve a workplace that truly values their expertise. If you’re passionate about supporting people with neurological and physical disabilities, want to work within a highly skilled team, and are ready to deepen your specialist practice, we’d love to meet you.

Why Will & Way?

  • Stability & Security: We’re a well-established, trusted practice with a clear vision and experienced leadership. You’ll join a connected, values-led team - not a startup, sole trader model, or large organisation where you feel like just another number.

  • Specialist Pathways: This role is ideal for OTs wanting to work at a complex clinical level in:

    • Neurological conditions

    • Physical disability

    • Complex home modifications

    • Seating, pressure care, and equipment prescription

    • Manual handling

    • Life transition management

  • Real Support:

    • Intensive 1:1 onboarding

    • Protected supervision time

    • Regular in-services

    • Daily access to senior clinicians who genuinely invest in your growth

  • Nature-Filled Therapy Centre: Work from our beautiful Moolap Therapy Centre with your own ergonomic desk, indoor plants, and nature-filled outdoor spaces.

  • Sustainable Productivity, Not Clock-Watching: We focus on the quality of clinical outcomes - not just billable hours. You won’t be left to figure it out alone; we’ve built strong systems, support structures, and tools so you can learn quickly and practise at your best. Clear expectations are balanced with supervision, training, and an understanding of each clinician’s strengths.

  • Competitive Package: You’ll receive a competitive salary plus car travel allowance in line with the award, a work phone and laptop, company-paid parental leave, and generous support for professional development.
