Sarah

Senior Occupational Therapist | Business Development Lead

Sarah graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2015.

Prior to joining the Will & Way team, Sarah worked in the public sector in both Geelong and Tasmania. These opportunities allowed her to gain a broad range of experience across several different practice areas. Sarah is passionate about working with people with cognitive impairments and has completed further training in this area of practice. She also has a strong interest in clinical supervision and service innovation and development.

Sarah enjoys really getting to know her clients so that she can best tailor her interventions to their individual preferences and learning styles. Her diligent, thoughtful and strengths-based approach is valued by her team and clients, along with her calm and collaborative lens in complex situations. Outside of her professional life, Sarah spends her time hiking and exploring the local beaches. She is also an excellent cook and always attracts a lot of interest when she walks into the Will & Way office carrying a Tupperware container!
