Sam Cooper

Sam graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) and a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) in 2016. He has also completed an Advanced Certificate in Xero.

Sam is responsible for day-to-day operations and overall business development and direction. Having worked in small and large organisations, Sam strongly believes small businesses do not have to operate as small businesses. Coming to Will & Way from the construction industry, Sam uses his project management skills daily to ensure that the Will & Way team is happy, well-resourced and able to deliver a safe, efficient and high-quality service.

Sam has extensive knowledge of Building Regulations and Australian Standards and strong skills in design and technical drafting. He also has an interest in accessible design and is well-connected within the building and construction industry. Sam’s knowledge and skills are enormously beneficial to the Will & Way team, ensuring exceptional service for clients with home modification needs and goals.

Outside of his professional life, Sam enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son and two energetic dogs. He also enjoys completing home renovations, having a jam session on his guitar and trekking up to Numurkah to visit his family.
