Louise graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2010.
Prior to joining the Will & Way team, Louise worked across both public and private sectors in Melbourne, regional Victoria and the United Kingdom. Louise has extensive experience working with people with spinal cord injuries, orthopaedic trauma and neurological conditions. She has developed strong skills in assistive technology prescription, particularly complex seating and posture supports. Louise is also often involved in developing care plans for people with complex needs and has assisted many people to transition out of hospital and aged care facilities.
Louise enjoys working with people to find the best possible solutions to support goal achievement. Louise is a woman of action and thrives in team environments. She firmly believes that the best outcomes are achieved when people with the right expertise work collaboratively and efficiently together. Louise frequently draws on her large network of different providers and services to ensure each her clients are receiving the right assistance.
Outside of her professional life, Louise spends her time hiking, doting on her nephews, planning her next travel adventure and trying to burn some energy off her very active bordoodle.
