Coralie Cooper

Director | Occupational Therapist

Together with her colleague and close friend, Claire Brice, Coralie co-founded Will & Way Therapy Services in 2018. The decision to branch out on their own was prompted by a desire to build a team of like-minded people, passionate about serving clients in a way that creates meaningful relationships and promotes enjoyment in life through occupation.

Prior to becoming an Occupational Therapist Coralie was a swimming teacher and coach, specialising in working for people with disabilities and water phobias. With her passion for supporting people to overcome barriers and achieve their goals ignited, Coralie segued into the exciting world of Occupational Therapy.

For over 13 years Coralie has worked across the public, not-for-profit and private sectors in Geelong and West Melbourne. She has extensive experience working with people with neurological conditions, physical disabilities and cognitive impairment. What Coralie enjoys most about her work is developing positive and empowering therapeutic relationships with her clients. She also values teamwork and frequently draws on her large network of different providers and services to ensure each client’s needs are being serviced effectively and efficiently.

Outside of work Coralie enjoys going for walks on the beach with her husband, son and two boisterous dogs, spending time with her family and friends, immersing herself in a good book, planning travel adventures, completing home renovations and snowboarding.

Coralie has completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy through Deakin University in 2010 and holds an unrestricted AHPRA registration. She is also a certified level II Wellness Coach, has completed nationally recognised training modules in home modifications and extensive additional training in seating/wheelchair prescription and is FIM credentialed.
