Claire Brice

Director & Occupational Therapist

Claire is a Director and Occupational Therapist at Will & Way.

Together with her colleague and close friend, Coralie Cooper, Claire co-founded Will & Way Therapy Services in 2018. The decision to branch out on their own was prompted by a desire to build a team of like-minded people, passionate about serving clients in a way that creates meaningful relationships and promotes enjoyment in life through occupation.

For over 14 years Claire has worked across the public, not-for-profit and private sectors in Geelong, Melbourne, and the United Kingdom. She has extensive experience working with people with neurological conditions and has obtained further qualifications in this area of practice. Claire is passionate about providing a high-quality, evidence based service that promotes each client as an expert in their own life.

Outside of work Claire enjoys spending time with her two little girls and going camping with her family. She also enjoys hiking, yoga, bee keeping and attempting to keep things alive in her garden (not an easy feat when you have a forever ravenous pet sheep).

Claire completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy through La Trobe University in 2006, a post-graduate qualification in Clinical Rehabilitation (Neurology) through Flinders University in 2014 and a Certificate III in Business Office Administration in 2002. Claire is also undertaking a Diploma in Dementia Care, holds an unrestricted AHPRA registration and is FIM credentialed.
