What we are looking for

We are looking for two Occupational Therapists. One with experience working predominantly with people who have neurological and physical disabilities. The other with experience working with people who have intellectual disabilities and autism. Bonus points to anyone with a passion for supporting SDA / SIL / ILO applications!

Skills & Experience

Must haves:

  • Experience working with people who have neurological conditions and / or physical disability OR experience working with people who have autism and / or intellectual disability

  • Genuine commitment to growing and promoting the service and contributing to the team

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Excellent communication, organisation, problem solving and report writing skills

  • Strong commitment to continuous learning, teamwork, and a person-centred practice

  • Current driver's licence and reliable car

  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration

  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS workers screen check


  • Clinical experience working as an Occupational Therapist in community settings

  • Experience in home modifications and equipment prescription

  • Experience in exploration of housing options and completion of SDA / SIL / ILO applications

  • Knowledge of the NDIS, Home Care Packages and TAC

  • Experience with time-based billing

The Company

Will & Way Therapy Services Pty Ltd was established in 2018 with the aim to create a space where like-minded people could work, be supported, and thrive. We currently offer Occupational Therapy services to people over the age of 18, located in Geelong and the surrounding regions. Our areas of interest and expertise include equipment prescription, complex seating and sleeping supports, home modifications, development of independent living skills, cognitive assessment and intervention, exploration of housing options, and stroke and neurological rehabilitation. We also pride ourselves on our reports!
